BYU Homecoming

This week was BYU Homecoming, Of course we forgot our camera at every event! But I will summarize the big events. Mike's mom came to town for the weekend so it was fun to have her here and to show her all the BYU festivities. And of course, Sawyer loved spending time with his grandma!

We went to the BYU homecoming parade Saturday morning, despite the gloomy weather. Sawyer loved the floats, and the different clubs and departments threw out lots of free candy, shirts, and other trinkets. Mike's work department had a pioneer themed float.. After the parade we took Mike's mom to Brick Oven Pizza for some classic Provo eats. We then gave Grandma a tour of the beautiful BYU campus.

That night, we bundled up and went to the homecoming football game. Sawyer stayed awake for the whole thing. Luckily, BYU won! Go Cougars!! It was a great weekend and we are happy Mike's mom came to share the experience with us.
